🪶 Cleaning My Workspace, Clearing My Mind

Yesterday, October 2nd was a holiday.
While the world outside was resting, I decided to face something that had been quietly piling up—my home office.

It took me the whole day.
One box after another, shelves layered with dust, marble pieces waiting to shine again. My hands ached, my back complained, and somewhere in between I found myself grumbling—
“Why can’t I have staff like other businesses? Why does everything fall on me?”

But when the last corner was done and silence filled the space, I sat in the center of the room.
Around me stood stacks of my own stock—bowls, platters, vases, each one a reflection of my journey.

In that stillness, a realization arrived.
It’s not that I’ve achieved nothing.
There was a time I ran from place to place, chasing products, struggling to piece together opportunities.
Now, I sit in a space surrounded by what I’ve built.

It’s a strange mix of feelings.
Frustration and gratitude.
Exhaustion and pride.
Longing for more and acknowledging how far I’ve come.

Progress doesn’t always announce itself loudly. Sometimes, it is hidden in the dust we wipe, in the quiet satisfaction of seeing things organized, in the proof of work that surrounds us.

Yesterday wasn’t just about cleaning an office.
It was about cleaning my perspective.
And somewhere deep down, I felt proud—
Not proud of being perfect, but proud of moving forward, in my own way, at my own pace.
