Richard Hammond

                                                            

 Richard Hammond , my new crush the time after i watch him last Saturday not in any live experience but on tv . On that particular series , named by his own name ,"Richard hammond big history". The shows about big projects . First glance of that person was like mesmerizing feel and  have i been so attached to the person or to the show cant decide. I dont know what were the specific things about person or about show . But I am so curiously waiting for next episode.

The person with some level long hairs and thin physical presence. A big but cute smile , making fun in every moment. Living life with full of excitement and fun.  who is that person, who dont want to be his fan. Im his big fan .

                                                

 Im not that type person who , just got attracted to any tv actor. But no doubt a person who can explain things in lighter way is my priority.  good knowledge specially who explain each abandoned , difficult , historic and giant thing in very good and natural way is my type. The one's way of teaching that force  you to fall in love with things is my type . 

   Till today , i have two crush only first was person from " Ekaant " Series on Epic channel, The Akul Tripathi and second this person . You can say that , may be its their show , which impressed me. 

And i would say, yes bit possible. But the maximum reason is the way they speak and specially the way they explain everything. Mean all over is that you cant forget them , as well their show too. History and big mechanical things are always a difficult things to understand for everyone. But Just after seeing them , its like  a fall in love with them. 

 They make every topic to be interesting and explain different point in fun and poietic way.

The first day richard hammond show was focusing on Volkswagen brand company , a company who's first task is to manufacture cars . Cars on big level . Car itself a mechanical instrument and than comes industry which have big setup for customization of cars. Their manufacturing chain was like cookie making chain. 

 From top face it looks like everything is soothing,  just like butter ton toast, but its not. own Numbers reveal the size of this gigantic factory. The factory employs 65,000 people (25 per cent are women) and the production lines are 2.5 kilometer long and 300 meter wide.

When show started , hammond says that this factory is this much bigger that it has own bus inside the factory to drop person on specific building. Not only this bus facility but to travel inside the building they have bicycle's too.

OMG...

You can imagine their in house perfection level by this ratio , that at every day they land around 3500 new cars.  

It takes about 14 days to bring the prototype to testing and metal sheets are pressed by numerous huge cranes and presses ranging from 50 tonnes to 7,800 tonnes, again claimed to be the largest in the world. The plant is 98 per cent automated and 5,000 robots work continuously in the production lines. 

Workers move around in about 7,000 bicycles parked inside the production lines. The automated factory offers one million variations to its customers and everyday 3,500 cars in 5-6 families of latest Volkswagen models come out of the factory to be shipped to various parts of the world, mainly in Europe. About 1000 trucks move around every day within the factory premises with thousands of parts to be assembled in these cars. The premises has about 50 restaurants for the workers, serving over 50,000 meals a day and sells over eight million sausages, explains the guide.

Numerous visitors flock the factory and Volkswagen has arranged advanced cruise ships to ferry them across the factory from Autostadt, an automobile theme park cum pavilion of cars, set up by Volkswagen. Every Volkswagen model can be viewed here and the public can order what they want. Volkswagen then manufactures the car specified according to the purchaser's requirements. Once inside the factory, visitors can have a guided tour in a small train through the various production lines.

This much bigger and confusing details but he explained in very good way.

First how robots are painting the car part with different color paint, by their own . Not only this line and one visual , but he explain by his own that how a metallic part of car get evenly painted as customize need . 

First they charged one part with negative molecule and  then paint them with positive charges painted so , it itself attract the paint and very easily it get evenly painted with a inch place not remaining. ( i can make mistake of writing here in negative positive , but i cleared all point in my head)

Companies particular mechanism for pressing and preparing metal sheets . Specially how they detect fault by sound mechanism. 

They have particular chain for supplying raw material to production chain.

They have own railway track to supply cars.

They have own food production line for employees.

Their RND for car testing.

This tour make me so impressed me and i start to feel like i was intern here and volkswagen will make me a permanent employee. LOL 

But the one thig is very sure , is that i want to become like Richard Hammond. The level of perfection in every topic, in gigantic topic. If i get the chance to meet him , than i will ask him to make me his student , so i can learn few things. Special talent to making every serious topic to be fun loving for general individual. 

You can get idea of my excitement by my stupidity level that im following him on his all social platform. He is an English journalist, television presenter, mechanic, and writer.

Im so impressed with his skilled that from last Saturday I'm waiting eagerly for next episode, So finally i can see him again.
